Shipping policy

Australian orders

We offer tracked shipping Australia-wide, with free shipping on orders of A$100 or more.

Orders under A$100: A$11 flat-rate shipping.
Orders of A$100 or more: free shipping.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Most Australian orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates.

Tracking and split deliveries

We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Your order may arrive in more than one parcel. If one part arrives first, the remaining items will arrive separately.

International orders

International orders have a flat A$20 shipping rate and may take longer to arrive than Australian orders.

Missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days after dispatch, please email us at deeplune@trevyxgroup.com with your order number. We'll send a free replacement or refund you in full.
